Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in Java programming language
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise Java frameworks and in-memory data stores
- Strong experience with database technologies including SQL (such as PostgreSQL or Oracle)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Proficiency with version control systems and collaborative development tools like Git, GitHub, or GitLab
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Nice To Haves
- Experience with containerization technologies
- Knowledge of container orchestration platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality code standards
- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the technical roadmap for innovative projects
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance in production environments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in software development lifecycle
