At Colgate-Palmolive, we offer an exceptional Internship Program within our Global Information Technology organization. This internship is a six-month paid hybrid program, starting in June and continuing into the Fall semester as part-time with opportunity to extend. As an integral part of the team, interns will gain exposure to enterprise business practices and modern technologies. Each intern will contribute to active initiatives focused on enhancing our technology ecosystem, including efforts to optimize internal systems for improved security and operational performance, as well as developing innovative platforms to support evolving business processes. Projects may involve areas including low/mid-code development, cloud configuration, and AI workflow creation. This will give interns practical exposure to enterprise tiered architecture.

Requirements

  • Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at a college or university with a graduation date of or later than December 2026
  • Majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Documentation of authorization to work in the United States, not requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • A minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Demonstrated familiarity with programming languages through course or personal projects
  • Must be available to work hybrid at our Piscataway, NJ office location
  • This position requires a 6-month commitment (June-December)
  • Must be available to work up to 35 hours/week in the Summer
  • 15 hours/week during the Fall semester

Nice To Haves

  • Previous work experience with software development or web-related technologies is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Participate on a team to design, configure, and build software
  • Meet with direct team, stakeholders, and end-users
  • Research to solve complex problems
  • Additional responsibilities will be dependent upon specific project assignments
