About The Position

Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns have a choice between one of two sessions to accommodate varying school calendars. Session 1: May 27 - August 14 Session 2: June 16 - September 4 As a Software Development Intern, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of projects that enhance our digital banking platform and to digitize and automate internal processes. You will work closely with the team ensuring alignment with our development best practices. This role offers an opportunity to learn modern technologies, collaborate with experienced engineers, and play a key part in delivering innovative solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing new features or modules for existing applications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior developers.
Explore new technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to the project.
Assist in developing new features or modules for existing applications.
Work closely with Developers, Tech Leads, Quality Engineers, and Business Analysts.
