About The Position

In your role as a Software Engineering Intern, you will be integrated into our full-stack Development team, learning about real-world technologies and processes, while implementing changes, bug fixes, and new features to our web application. We're looking for candidates who thrive in team environments, and who have a hunger for using exciting technologies and solving challenging problems. Our scrum team works in two week sprints and has a strong track record of meeting sprint commitments. If tackling these kinds of challenges sounds interesting, we'd love to talk to you! This position is based in Atlanta, GA and will require in-office presence.

Requirements

• Student majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
• Academic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Unit Tests, Algorithms, and Big O
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and upbeat personality
• Minimum 1 year of coursework with a 3.0 or higher GPA
• Relevant coursework and projects utilizing an advanced IDE

Nice To Haves

• Any experience with Agile development processes, HTML5, CSS, SQL, JavaScript, React/Redux, C#, and/or .NET is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work on a Scrum team and participate in all aspects of the development process — we strongly believe in giving our Interns an enriching experience that treats them as team members, devoid of menial tasks
• Develop new features and make modifications to existing features
