About The Position

Bosch Ridecare is seeking an intern to support their team in developing demonstrators and next generation products, aiming to shape the future of transportation by making rides more comfortable, safe, and secure. The team operates within Bosch's Connected Services product area, focusing on innovating solutions for fleet customers in new market segments with international colleagues. This role involves supporting Software and Go-To-Market teams to ensure seamless customer experiences for the RideCare product line. Key areas of focus include local application engineering development, Go-To-Market initiatives, customer demonstrator development, and local operating needs. It offers an opportunity to contribute to customer satisfaction and data-driven decisions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, including hands-on operational tasks.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a program for Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of two semesters completed with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) to collaborate effectively with global team members and customers
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or SQL
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments, including embedded systems
• Familiarity with hardware development, including Single Board Computers such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Go-To-Market and Engineering teams to support demonstrator development for product marketing.
• Support the Engineering team with system evaluations, performance tracking and data collection of next generation devices
• Document processes, workflows, and best practices on internal wikis and knowledge-sharing platforms to strengthen organizational learning.
• Take on additional projects and operational support tasks as needed to help the team succeed.
