About the Team Within the CDT organization, you will be focused on building tools that allow implementers and customers to have more insight into the most complex changes that impact their deployment. As we continue to grow and evolve our systems to meet customer demands, we are looking for a Software Engineer to help drive the development and future of CDT platform and tools. About the Role This role will support one or more direct or indirect contracts with the U.S. Federal Government which, due to federal government security requirements, mandates that all Workday personnel working on the contracts be United States citizens (naturalized or native). You will be working with Product Management, engineers and customer teams to gather requirements, plan feature delivery and deliver on designs and implementation. You’ll be a part of an agile software team to ensure engineering principles and quality are a core component of feature delivery. Supply ideas for continually improving the designs and scalability of the products and services delivered. Responsibilities include the day-to-day agile activities of the team and actively supervising delivery and metrics for the team. You will work on designing, implementing and leading all aspects of our tool portfolio where performance and resiliency will be essential.
