Adobe is seeking a dedicated Software Development Engineer to join our ambitious team in Lehi. This is an outstanding opportunity to build the next-generation Web Application APIs for Adobe Analytics, our industry-leading analytics platform. With over 20 billion transactions processed daily, you'll contribute to delivering world-class reporting data through sophisticated data visualization interfaces. We participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, and maintenance of our products.

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust web service APIs within our data retrieval platform.
  • Gather technical requirements from multiple sources to improve existing strategies for visualizing and displaying data.
  • Tackle complex business and technical problems involving large-scale data aggregation and processing.
  • Collaborate with AI and platform teams to ensure backend services are optimized for consumption by AI agents, operators, and MCP workflows.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML and automation trends and apply when appropriate.
  • BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration.
  • Detailed and approach focused.
  • Experience in developing RESTful services.
  • Strong background in object-oriented programming with languages such as Java, C/C++, C#, or PHP.
  • Knowledge of database programming, including MongoDB and SQL databases.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies and services such as AWS and Azure is a plus.
  • Familiarity or experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) server architecture or microservice design for agent/AI integration.
  • Curiosity and self-motivation to learn, adapt, and grow with evolving software development practices and AI capabilities.
  • Experience or interest in agentic systems or LLM integration.
  • Compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets.
  • Pay range for this position is $113,400 -- $206,300 annually.
  • Eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
