About The Position

Our Company Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen. We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong data analytics expertise to build scalable applications, data platforms, and technology-enhanced experiences. This role sits at the intersection of full-stack engineering, customer analytics, MDM, Generative AI/LLMs and Agent development. You will design and implement microservices, data pipelines, and engaging web experiences that power internal customers across sales, marketing, support, and other business units. The ideal candidate brings deep technical breadth—comfortably switching between application development, cloud services, data engineering, and analytics—while applying modern UX principles and enabling real-time, data-driven decision-making. This is a high-impact role within the Enterprise Data & Analytics platform team.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Java and Python for backend services, APIs, and application logic.
  • Solid understanding of web services, REST, RPC, and microservice design principles.
  • Extensive experience with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and data modeling guidelines.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized environments such as EKS or EMR.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and modern deployment practices.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and graph databases.
  • Understanding of customer data structures, MDM concepts, and data governance.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver on defined achievements.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale applications and data-driven solutions in enterprise environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI/LLM technologies (OpenAI, Llama) and vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone) preferred.
  • Experience developing modern UIs or equivalent experience; UX design exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own microservices and event-driven architectures supporting Customer Account Management and analytics workflows.
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and internal tools used for customer search, management, and governance.
  • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and multi-functional engineering teams across planning, modeling, development, implementation, and performance optimization.
  • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using Databricks (SQL, Python, Spark, Delta Lake) for batch, near-real-time, and real-time processing.
  • Develop scalable APIs, backend services, and data integrations that power analytics, AI workflows, and MDM initiatives.
  • Build user interfaces guided by modern UX principles to improve usability, adoption, and user efficiency.
  • Integrate customer and enterprise data across systems to support analytics, Golden Record management, and identity resolution.
  • Develop and enhance generative AI/LLM-based features, including prompt engineering, workflow automation, and internal AI assistants.
  • Familiar with multi-agentic platforms
  • Support analytics delivery and embed insights into internal applications using Tableau, Power BI, and other BI tools.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions, influence product roadmaps, and take ownership of new projects end-to-end.
  • Participate in periodic on-call rotations and handle out-of-band engineering requests in a fast-paced, agile environment.
