About The Position

Join our dynamic Location team and drive meaningful innovation. As part of a highly energetic team, you'll collaborate closely with the development team and cross-functional stakeholders to comprehend features and leverage data-driven test results to shape and refine Apple products. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to collect fitness data to gain firsthand user experience and apply those insights for upcoming innovative location features across various operating systems, including iOS and WatchOS. We're seeking an engineer with a fundamental understanding of GNSS and its practical applications in real-world scenarios. You'll utilize your programming expertise to automate test processes, conduct data analysis, and generate comprehensive reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2 plus years of experience writing Python code.

Responsibilities

• Execute tests on iOS, tvOS, watchOS, and macOS devices for GNSS and Fitness Features.
• Identify and report any issues encountered, and subsequently verify their resolution.
• Implement experimental protocols utilizing various measurement systems and promptly communicate the resulting data.
• Engage in moderately challenging assignments that necessitate sound judgment in resolving issues or formulating recommendations.
• Design diverse Apple product testing environments within the lab or on field, optimizing the testing process for efficiency.
