About The Position

APPLE INC has the following available in San Diego, California. Build and enhance scalable web applications that serve the testing needs of Software Engineering Org. Build and maintain back-end services that perform automated tasks and interact with other tools and applications. Propose and implement improvements to web application performance and user experience. Build dashboard to track the usage statistics and health of web applications and analyze results. Build, maintain and provide support for key internal tools used by Developers and QA across SWE organization by using state of the art web technologies. Work with key stakeholders to identify the requirements for their critical workflows. Design the new features and enhancements to meet the needs of identified workflows. Fix and resolve any issues and bugs identified as part of the validation or reported by the customers. Gather feedback from all stakeholders and working towards next set of enhancements. Provide support to new and existing customers with respect to any bugs and/or new features. Create and execute reliable release plans. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $130,187 - $181,200/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required:
• Using Python for developing back-end services and APIs for web-based applications.
• Using Docker to package web applications and deploy them to cloud.
• Using JavaScript, React or Next.JS to create UI front-end for web applications.
• Setting up CI pipelines for automated build/test/deploy workflows.
• Utilizing engineering best practices including unit testing, pre-release testing and using separate release stages.
• Using MongoDB or SQL for data storage and management.
