The Software Development Engineer (SDE) for Nitro SSD Observability at AWS Infrastructure Services will be responsible for building large-scale monitoring and real-time telemetry systems for a storage platform. This role involves designing and implementing automation, tooling, observability, and data analytics solutions while collaborating with various internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing storage availability, performance, scale, and security, ultimately improving customer experience in the AWS environment.

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience programming with object-oriented programming languages like Java, C++, Python
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience for development with AWS services including CloudWatch, Kinesis, DynamoDB
