About The Position

Greensboro NC based company specializing in healthcare programs is seeking to hire a software engineer to join a highly trained expert team supporting various aspects of a proprietary cloud-based LIS and healthcare programs. The position is full time Monday - Friday and is NOT a remote position. Employee will be required to work on-site at the Greensboro NC location. Medical, dental, vision benefits are options. Company paid life insurance policy. Enrollment in 401K plan is available thru ADP TotalSource Personnel Management Co.

Requirements

• Linux and windows administration experience e.g. scripting (bash and windows shell)
• PHP, experience with Drupai preferred
• Experience with interfaces for exchanging health information
• Experience with implementing design control documentation as required by the IVD-Regulation (Europe) and 21 DFR Part 820(FDA, USA)
• Experience with HL7 and database management
• MySQL familiarity
• Familiarity with C++

Responsibilities

• Continuing development of existing web-based PHP medical device software
• Creating procedures for manufacturing and configuration to support the quality system and regulator filings
• Developing interfaces between this system and external health information systems
• Assisting manufacturing and support teams
• Longer term developing databases for training new users
