About The Position

The Service Integration Engineering team is primarily responsible for building new features and functionality to support the Software-as-a-Service(SaaS) services. The team drives innovation and feature development across our core services. We are seeking a software developer engineer to be part of our team to build solutions on a global scale, own their systems end to end, and influence the direction of technology used by all AWS services around the world. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive mission critical projects, work with senior and principal engineers, and help mentor more junior team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
