Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance or automated testing environments.
• Proven expertise in scripting and test automation using C# or Java within a DevOps CI/CD framework.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI tools and technologies specifically applied to test automation and quality enhancement.
• Strong background in cloud and virtualization testing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using AI for test data creation, defect analysis, or microservice testing.
• AI-related certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals.
• Familiarity with performance and security testing tools or accounting principles
• Experience working within a global, distributed team environment.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the integration of AI tools to enhance test case generation, defect prediction, and testing cycle acceleration.
• Architect and maintain robust automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless software delivery.
• Evangelize emerging AI testing practices and modern automation techniques across the global QA organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to design high-impact quality procedures for award-winning products.
• Provide data-driven insights and quality metrics that influence critical business decisions and product launches.
