As SDET I, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with software engineers, product managers, and QA professionals to develop automated tests, enhance testing frameworks, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to grow their technical skills and gain hands-on experience in an agile e-commerce environment.

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web, apps (iOS & Android) and API testing.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to improve testability, code quality, and automation coverage.
  • Assist in designing and implementing test frameworks to support scalable automation.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing as part of the software development lifecycle.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable software deployments.
  • Identify and document defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • 1+ year of experience in software development and/or testing, preferably in an SDET or QA automation role.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one test automation framework (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIO, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript and Python.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of software development and testing methodologies, including Agile.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS Code-* products).
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g. k6, Gatling).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS).
  • Basic understanding of SQL and database testing.
  • ISTQB certification or other relevant test automation training.
