We are offering an outstanding opportunity for an engineer to work on compiler testing and performance testing within our compiler verification graphics team at NVIDIA. You will play a key role in driving compiler quality and delivering a pioneering compiler for graphics. What you’ll be doing: Develop and review test plans, implement test cases, automate tests with NVIDIA test frameworks, and author comprehensive test reports. Analyze performance degradation or functional defects in compilers, identify regression root causes, and perform reviews to improve test coverage. Use test suites to find, report, and supervise compiler performance changes. Work with the development team to resolve regressions. Generate statistics based on performance data, identify and investigate outliers, and supervise performance trends. Maintain historical data and baselines for comparison. Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including compiler developers, driver developers, and hardware architects, to ensure smooth integration and efficient performance of our graphics features. Assist in providing automated solutions for testing. Identify potential or observed weaknesses in current processes, offer ideas for improvement, and participate in quality initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
