Our quality assurance engineering team is responsible for keeping the TikTok e-commerce ecosystem stable, secure, and intuitive for our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us as we drive the future of e-commerce here at TikTok.

  • Responsible for the quality assurance of e-commerce consumer side, seller side, creator side, and e-commerce SaaS backend.
  • Design reasonable test plan according to the requirements and technical implementation.
  • Ensure overall test quality and progress on track covering Android, iOS, Frontend, and Server testing.
  • Responsible for special testing technologies such as server-side automation testing, server-side stress testing, asset loss prevention and control, and change management control.
  • Responsible for building or maintaining a working quality testing system by combining the business characteristics to introduce appropriate technologies which will improve the e-commerce business quality.
  • Participate in the product development process by working closely with the production and research team to build a quality culture, processes, and tools.
  • Continuously track and analyze online and offline quality problems while constantly improving the quality of the system.
