We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Development Engineer with expertise in dotnet and/or Java to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to enhance our business processes and improve customer experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as [Java, Python, etc.].
Proficiency in customer facing application development and experience in UI/UX development.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with development tools such as Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Guide and coach other engineers with established standards and contribute to coding best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement custom applications using HTML5, CSS3 and programming languages such as [Java, Python, etc.].
Work on integrating various applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
Write and execute unit tests, participate in code reviews, and utilize CI/CD practices for deploying changes.
Create technical documentation for developed solutions and maintain existing documentation.
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Identify and resolve issues in production and non-production environments to ensure smooth operations.
