About The Position

Our software development team builds secure, end-to-end solutions. We are looking for a well-rounded, full stack software development engineer with outstanding C# and T-SQL coding skills. Someone with a proven track record of solving challenging technical problems and creating great products for our end users. The ideal candidate will have exceptional design and coding skills, along with strong technical acumen. This position has a hybrid work schedule with 3 days per week in our Seattle office (Lake Union/Eastlake). Northwest Administrators, Inc. is an industry leader in third-party administration of employee benefits. Requirements

• Degree in related field (computer science, math, physics, IS, engineering, etc.)
• 6+ years of relevant software design and development experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Proven process improvement and organizational skills
• C#, SQL, .NET/.NET Core, Windows Platform Stack, JavaScript/TypeScript, WPF, MVC
• Strong TSQL & DB skills including design & complex query writing for SQL Server databases

Responsibilities

• Build high performance, highly available and reliable software
• Develop complex components/modules/scripts using .NET technologies
• Design, build and maintain both desktop and web-based applications
• Contribute to debugging/troubleshooting the complete stack of services
• Partner with Business Analysts on user-requested applications or projects
• Make recommendations for system changes based on project requests
• Review code and evangelize standards/best practices
