At Workday, we are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about building products and solving challenging problems. You will be a key contributor to our core platform, working across the entire stack to deliver features that directly impact our users. This role is for a dedicated and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to ship customer value early and often. You will design and develop new features for the Flowise application across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure, ensuring high-quality software development. You will also help us make Flowise the best visual low-code tool for building AI agents, implementing features across our open-source, cloud, and enterprise versions. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers is essential to understand software requirements and implement effective solutions. You will participate actively in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Proactively identifying and resolving issues within the software will be part of your responsibilities, working through problems with a team-first mentality.

  • Develop Full-Stack Solutions: Design and develop new features for the Flowise application across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
  • Innovate and Execute: Implement features across our open-source, cloud, and enterprise versions.
  • Collaborate and Implement: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand software requirements.
  • Drive Code Quality: Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to a culture of excellence.
  • Solve Problems: Proactively identify and resolve issues within the software.
  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, and React.
  • 2+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or other RDBMS, along with a solid understanding of data modeling.
  • Experience working on both frontend and backend systems, even in side projects.
  • A successful track record of operating effectively within fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices, including automated testing, observability, and CI/CD.
  • Experience with Docker is a plus.
