About The Position

We are seeking an exceptional software & data engineer who is passionate about Apple products and values; who has a passion for data, is comfortable in a fast pace environment and who is committed to the hard work necessary to continuously improve our ML data pipelines. This position focuses on researching, prototyping and production-izing intelligent components that rely on state of the art ML (multimodal LLMs, traditional ML) to help us reduce intensive manual efforts on our data operations.

Requirements

• BS in computer science, or similar engineering degree.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams
• Results oriented with a desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment
• Experience building production machine learning models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Translating and breaking out needs into discrete, testable and implementable components
• Benchmarking state of the art approaches with strong scientific rigor
• Implementing relevant components into our pipelines
• Scaling depending on needs
• Build self service tools when necessary
