Design, develop and improve Flowise application's backend.
Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for the server, APIs, and data models.
Contribute to enhancing latency, stability, and test coverage across our open-source, cloud, and enterprise versions.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to understand backend software requirements.
Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
Proactively identify and resolve issues within the backend systems.

3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
2+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or other RDBMS.
Solid understanding of API design, backend systems architecture, and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Familiarity with building and operating software in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
Experience with Docker.
