About The Position

The Software Development Engineer for AWS Aurora MySQL is responsible for building and enhancing hyper-scale database services in the cloud. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance database systems that are reliable and scalable, impacting a vast number of users who utilize AWS database services. The position requires a hands-on approach to software development, including mentoring other engineers and participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
