Utilize available tools, frameworks, and solutions to solve business problems. Research latest technologies and assessing their applicability for the solution. Develop POCs to ensure products are built with cutting-edge technology. Develop standards and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met and are consistent. Manage products from conception to delivery by working with the Solutions and Strategy teams on various initiatives such as defining key performance metrics, prioritizing development tasks, and exploring new market opportunities. Productize the requirements and scoping them with detailed milestones. Own the product roadmap and drive the product development across multiple product verticals. Track usability goals and preparing reports for senior management. Engage with Apple Business Teams by understanding business processes and needs to ensure prioritization of the backlog items. Reengineer and optimize the business processes with engineering insights such as such as automation opportunities, workflow simplification, and system integration enhancements. Help the business users in learning and adapting to the product post-production release by conducting interactive workshops, regular feedback sessions, and creating self-service resources. Drive Program Planning and Estimations by planning the cost relative to the deliverables. Execute effort estimation and resource planning. Procure and manage the software licenses which help in easing the development of the product. Oversee warranty phase and ensuring a smoother support transition post-production release.
