As a Software Development Engineer, you will help improve listing & shopping experience, design & develop in full stack GenAI solution using large language models. The attribute knowledge mining team in Amazon catalog services is core to providing and exposing structured product details on the Amazon website. This team owns deep integration with large language models and full stack systems to automatically mine attribute knowledge and share it with various teams within Amazon retail. The team is based out of Seattle and is looking for Software Development Engineers with at least 3 years of experience in distributed systems. You will work on a new initiative of knowledge named applicability, building new micro-services and expanding the core software platform to automate a critical part of the attribute knowledge discovery for applicability. This is an opportunity to work on high visibility initiatives across Amazon, collaborating with several senior software development engineers and principal engineers regularly. The team maintains a high bar for operational and software engineering excellence, ensuring manageable operational load.
