Come aboard our team as a Software Development Engineer and contribute to building the intelligent foundation of AEM Sites Optimizer and LLM Optimizer. You'll be involved in AI agents and infrastructure that bring to bear the newest LLM technologies to provide automated optimization solutions for our customers.

  • Build and maintain AI agents and infrastructure that power our website optimization products using Python, TypeScript, and modern AI frameworks.
  • Integrate with various LLM APIs to build intelligent automation workflows for website analysis and optimization.
  • Build and maintain deployment infrastructure for AI services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Build developer tools and services that enable other team members to efficiently work with AI components and integrate them into the broader platform.
  • Improve service deployment pipelines and implement DevOps standard processes for AI/ML workloads.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in AI applications, agent frameworks, and LLM capabilities to continuously improve our platform.
  • Communicate with the customers to ensure AI agents deliver measurable business value.
  • BTech/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience with strong Python development skills.
  • 3-5 years of software development experience with hands-on experience building applications that integrate with LLM APIs.
  • Extensive knowledge of current AI application trends, frameworks, and standard methodologies for production AI systems.
  • Proven experience implementing RAG systems or AI agents in production environments.
  • Experience with DevOps practices including containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines for AI services.
  • Background in building internal developer platforms or infrastructure tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
  • Experience optimizing AI service deployments for performance, cost, and reliability.
  • Understanding of standard methodologies in software engineering, including testing, monitoring, and observability for AI systems.
  • Competitive salary range of $113,400 -- $206,300 annually based on location and experience.
  • Potential eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
  • Short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
