About The Position

We are looking for an experienced software engineer to join our team and work on
supporting generative AI projects.

Our dynamic team comprises talented software engineers and applied scientists
united by a shared passion for innovative content acquisition and processing
systems. Together, we are building a highly scalable, state-of-the-art system
that seeks to harness the world’s knowledge in new ways to best serve our
customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable systems to responsibly access and process available information from the web.
• Optimize the data processing architecture to ensure performance, scalability, resilience, and cost-effectiveness..
• Implement robust systems to process content and extract meaning.
• Develop data pipelines and infrastructure to deploy ML models which intelligently classify petabyte-scale datasets.
• Work closely with scientists and other engineers to rapidly prototype and deploy new algorithms.
• Write high quality, well-tested production code in languages like Python, spark, Java, Scala.
• Continuously explore and implement innovative solutions to complex technical challenges, in order to advance what’s possible in large-scale information processing.
