About The Position

At Fiserv, the Software Development Engineering - Advisor I plays a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. This position involves working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business goals and client needs, transforming financial services technology to benefit clients.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in Python and snowflake.
6+ years of experience with model building and deploying cloud solutions in AWS machine learning eco-system.
3+ years of experience in implementation enterprise grade model - data engineering, feature engineering, model training, building, deploying and tunning.
2+ years of experience in end-to-end lifecycle of ML from algorithm selection to performance tuning.
2+ years of experience integrating real-time ML OPS, model drift and deployment strategies of inferencing model.
1+ years of experience with Fiserv systems/applications.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree) or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the financial services industry.
Experience in generative AI, RAG, Agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.
