About The Position
The Software Development Engineer 4 is a seasoned professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and the Power Platform for a lead role responsible for developing technical designs and maintaining software to support facilities maintenance worldwide. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering and operations: ensuring high availability, seamless integrations, proactive monitoring, and well-defined processes that keep systems stable and teams effective. The individual may be asked to act as a technical lead on projects or solutions with moderate complexity or scope. This is an individual contributor role. 5 year fixed term position You will play a key role in enabling the Church to deliver an innovative, low-code solution while ensuring long-term stability, governance, and business impact. This individual works with divine guidance to provide or support technology that furthers the mission of the Church and reflects the eternal impact of the gospel.
