Adobe is on a mission to change the world through digital experiences, and we are looking for an experienced UI (User Interface) JavaScript Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering impactful user experiences for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), a market-leading solution utilized by some of the world's largest companies. You will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Marketers, Product Managers, and the Adobe Experience Design team, to architect, design, and craft user experiences tailored for our core personas: Technical Marketers/Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Scientists. As a leading member of the team, you will drive and implement a variety of groundbreaking, business-critical projects that require fast, slick, and extendable UI using JavaScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, and Adobe's open-source React Spectrum library. You will be responsible for ensuring the technical quality of the projects assigned to the team, guiding junior members, and assisting senior team members in achieving architectural and feature goals. This position also offers an opportunity to develop your leadership abilities by promoting a best-in-class Developer Experience and creating CI/CD focused end-to-end products. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in front-end/UI engineering, with at least 6 years of experience in building highly performant and elegant front-end solutions. You will need pro-level skills in React and GraphQL, along with a thorough understanding of their core principles. A positive attitude and the ability to handle conflicting priorities are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with Product and Design teams. You will also be expected to mentor junior and mid-level engineers, encourage code reviews, and maintain high standards of engineering efficiency.
