Software Development Director
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Software Developer Director to build and grow a high-impact engineering team responsible for developing critical products and services for Oracle’s internal and external customers and partners. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions in a collaborative environment. You and your team members will be called upon to solve a wide range of problems to deliver critical customer features. These challenges include scaling, security, efficiency, and automation, all of which require robust architectural decisions and a customer-first design approach. You will build and deliver solutions that directly contribute to the success of our customers. An extensive background in modern coding, application design, and cloud architecture is required, along with the ability to lead and mentor junior developers. Success in this role also hinges on being a problem-solver and an effective communicator.
