About The Position

This position will report to the Ingalls' IT Chief of Staff and Manager of Compliance and will work with the IT Compliance Team in support of compliance activities as required by law, regulations, and company policies and procedures. This role involves monitoring compliance requirements, conducting risk assessments, supporting audits, and working with various stakeholders to implement best practices for IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC). Successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, and communication skills, attention to detailed documentation, adherence to timelines and experience with stakeholder (internal and external) communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 9 years in related field; 7 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and IT server administration (UNIX, Windows, etc) and government regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Identity Management Tools, GRC tools (SAP GRC, Saviynt), SAP, IFS, etc.
• Experience building and delivering AI.

Responsibilities

• Understand IT SOX compliance.
• Provide regulatory compliance monitoring. Staying up to date on relevant IT regulations, standards, and frameworks.
• Lead policy and process development with automation.
• Control execution. Execute assigned GITC SOX controls for SAP, IFS, etc.
