About The Position

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Software Developer for an exciting Fully Remote opportunity. Job Description and Responsibilities Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Acts as team leader on projects. Participates in development of software user manuals. Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on the development team. The position requires excellent customer service skills and technical ability. Experience operating in a Government or Military culture is preferred.

Requirements

  • Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
  • Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
  • Experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models
  • Experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
  • Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
  • Five(5) years relevant experience
  • Experience supporting a DoD environment and applying DoD policies and best practices including implementing Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG)
  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
  • Must possess Secret clearance (IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance / Tier 3 (T3) background investigation).
