About The Position
Software Answers, Inc. is a technology company that develops specialized property management software for the corporate housing and serviced apartment industry. Our platforms support long term stay operators by integrating reservations, contract billing, vendor payables, accounting workflows, and financial reporting into a unified system. We focus on delivering reliable, scalable solutions that help clients manage complex operational and financial processes with accuracy and efficiency. We are seeking a motivated Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain features within our core web based applications. You will collaborate with product managers, implementation specialists, and support teams to build enhancements that directly impact our clients’ day to day operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring our software remains secure, performant, and aligned with industry needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in technologies such as C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, or comparable frameworks
- Strong understanding of object oriented programming principles
- Experience working with relational databases and writing complex queries
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for web based software applications
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and implement new features
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects in a timely manner
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
- Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural planning
- Maintain and enhance existing application functionality
- Develop and execute unit and integration tests
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
- Document technical specifications and development processes
