Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who can independently own features from design through release. This role requires strong technical depth, architectural thinking, and the ability to collaborate across Product, QA, and Customer Success. You will work closely with technical leadership to expand and improve our platform while helping scale development practices as the company grows. This is not a task-only coding role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, reduce rework, and mentor others through example.

Requirements

5+ years of professional full stack development experience or equivalent demonstrated expertise
Strong experience building production systems using C#/.NET, JavaScript, and SQL
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven experience owning features end to end
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical peers
Experience mentoring or guiding other developers preferred
Experience in most of the following areas: Modern web application development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
C# Backend development
Relational databases (SQL)
Cloud-based infrastructure and deployments
API integrations
Ownership mindset
Comfortable with ambiguity
Roll-up sleeves approach
Willing to engage with business operations when needed
