The firm is seeking an Entry Level Software Developer to join its team in Parsippany, NJ. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and implementing software projects, supporting strategic and innovative company initiatives through technological solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Internship experience in software development
  • Strong command of C# and the modern .NET ecosystem
  • Ability to write and work with RESTful APIs and data formats including JSON and XML
  • Knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities
  • Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in full-stack development and mobile application development is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET, C#, and React
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/ML integrations, geospatial platforms, and new Azure services, and build focused proofs-of-concept to assess fit before committing to full implementation
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations that connect internal applications and third-party platforms, ensuring reliability, clear documentation, and sustainable design
  • Partner with the Senior Technology Innovation Manager and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-scoped technical solutions, recommending approaches that balance capability, cost, and maintainability
  • Work on multiple project timelines simultaneously
  • Perform other duties as requested
