About The Position

Individual will be responsible for both coding and analysis. Any Business Analyst skills are a plus but are not primary. Person will receive direction from the project manager and senior technical peers, and work directly with the business operations team on requirements, testing, and delivery. Candidate needs to be able to work on projects full lifecycles and with users, technical team, local and state IT resources, and diverse transportation ITS devices. There are technical on-call responsibilities rotated among the team members. Candidate must have good business aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.

3 Years Required: HMTL, CSS, JS
3 Years Experience Required: JSON, AJAX, REST API, WebSocket's
7 Years Experience Required: General application design & development

Nice To Haves

Excellent independent design, work, and interaction with the business group to understand efforts.
Good writing skills - for documentation and training
3 Years Experience Highly Desired: Development tools: JetBrains Intellij IDEA, WebStorm, postman
