In this role, you will design, build, test, and maintain software solutions that support a scalable, cloud‑based healthcare platform used by providers and care teams nationwide. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into reliable, high‑quality software. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building modern applications, collaborating in cross‑functional teams, and continuously improving how software is delivered.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with one or more modern programming languages or frameworks
  • Familiarity with building or consuming APIs and services
  • Experience working in a team‑based, collaborative development environment
  • Ability to learn new technologies and apply feedback to improve technical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing cloud‑based applications (Azure experience is a plus)
  • Exposure to modern front‑end frameworks (e.g., React) or backend service development
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
  • Experience working with event‑driven or distributed systems
  • Interest in healthcare, platform engineering, or large‑scale systems
  • Experience delivering AI-enabled capabilities and automated processes in production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Collaborate with Product and Design partners to understand requirements and deliver working solutions
  • Build and maintain scalable, cloud‑based services and user‑facing applications
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established engineering standards
  • Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to shared engineering best practices
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues within owned components
  • Contribute to improving system reliability, performance, security, and maintainability
  • Work effectively within an agile, team‑based development environment
