About The Position

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Integrity team. In this role, youâll design, build, and enhance features across the BlueCat Integrity ecosystem. Youâll work primarily with Java, React, and PostgreSQL, collaborating with a talented team of engineers focused on scalability, performance, and reliability. Youâll be expected to take ownership of complex technical problems, design thoughtful solutions, and contribute to the overall quality of the product.

Requirements

4+ years of software development experience in a production environment.
Proficiency and comfort working with Java, React, and PostgreSQL.
Comfortable working with RESTful design.
Solid understanding of software design principles and best practices.
Experience with testing frameworks, automation tools (such as Selenium), and infrastructure concepts.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to take ownership of complex technical features and deliver them with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

Experience in networking or infrastructure software development.
Experience or familiarity with DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) concepts â even if itâs just from hands-on experience configuring a router or home network.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend components of the Integrity platform using Java, React, and PostgreSQL.
Collaborate with other developers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
Tackle and resolve complex technical challenges with creativity and independence.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to testing and automation strategies to improve reliability and maintainability.
Occasionally work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments and performance.
