About The Position

We are seeking a MuleSoft Developer with a proven track record in delivering high-quality integration solutions. This role is pivotal to our growing integration team, where you will be responsible for development of scalable APIs and integrations using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in producing reliable, maintainable code and guiding others to do the same. As a senior team member, you will also mentor other developers, influence integration best practices, and ensure timely, successful project outcomes.

Requirements

Technical Expertise: 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on MuleSoft integration design and development.
MuleSoft Certifications: MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect preferred.
Integration & API Experience: Proven track record in building RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and complex data integrations. Strong understanding of message queues, event-driven architectures, and application networks. Strong dataweave skills for complex transformations a must.
Security and Compliance: Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, MuleSoft security features, and best practices for maintaining data integrity and compliance.
Tooling and Processes: Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Maven, and related tools.
Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written
Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual)
Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling sensitive information
Multi-task along with attention to detail
Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems a plus.
Experience building integrations with Oracle databases, including writing PL/SQL a plus.
Experience using Mulesoft Partner Manager to integration with third-parties including with AS2 EDI transactions a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, preferred

Responsibilities

Develop Integration Solutions: Design, build, and maintain complex integration solutions using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
Quality and Best Practices: Uphold the highest standards of code quality, documentation, testing, and security. Promote and implement development best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and automated testing.
Dependability and Ownership: Assume full responsibility for deliverables from concept to deployment. Work proactively to identify and address potential roadblocks, ensuring on-time project completion.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with MuleSoft capabilities, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Continuously refine integration patterns and frameworks to maintain competitive edge.
