Constellation West is looking for a Software Developer to develop, create, and modify general computer applications software and specialized utility programs. The ideal candidate has ability to analyze user needs and develop software solutions, design software, and customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Must also have the ability to analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. Must demonstrate a broad skill set balanced between interpersonal and technical capabilities achieving sustainable quality products. Show a track record as an effective communicator and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role will participate in the entire software development lifecycle with a concentration in software engineering.
