About The Position

As a Software Developer on our MissionControl team, you’ll design and build scalable software that empowers some of the world’s leading consumer goods companies. You’ll work hands-on with modern .NET technologies, test automation, and trunk-based development, while having real ownership of features from design through delivery. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating with a cross-functional team, and continuously improving engineering practices. You’ll not only build new solutions but also help shape the infrastructure and standards that drive Crisp’s future growth. AI-Enabled Engineering Practices At Crisp, we view AI as a core part of modern software development, not a side experiment. Engineers on the MissionControl team are expected to thoughtfully incorporate AI tools and techniques into their daily workflow to move faster, build better software, and continuously improve how we work. In this role, you will: Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation. Use AI to explore solutions, validate approaches, and reduce repetitive or low-value engineering tasks. Apply strong engineering judgment when working with AI generated output, ensuring correctness, security, performance, and maintainability. Identify opportunities where AI can improve internal tooling, automation, developer experience, or product capabilities. Stay curious and up to date as AI tooling and practices evolve, sharing learnings and patterns with the broader team. Success in this role means using AI responsibly and effectively as a productivity amplifier, while maintaining high standards for code quality, system design, and customer trust.
