This position requires both technical depth and domain expertise, responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating Momentum modules of basic to intermediate complexity to support the agency’s financial, procurement, and budgetary operations. You will contribute to the design and implementation of secure, scalable solutions, including system interfaces, data migration tools, and custom enhancements aligned with federal financial standards such as USSGL and SFIS. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—functional analysts, system architects, and government stakeholders—to ensure compliance with DoD security and audit requirements.
