About The Position

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer with a strong background in creating exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in user experience design, demonstrating expertise in both low and high-fidelity design work. This role requires a commitment to inclusive design and accessibility, ensuring that diverse perspectives and abilities are incorporated into all design solutions. You will contribute to and help create standards and patterns for our Employee Experience Design System, leveraging your extensive knowledge of leading industry-standard design systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in user experience design or similar roles.
• Proven track record of creating exceptional digital experiences.
• Demonstrated experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Experience with Figma is a must.
