About The Position

ECS is seeking a Software Developer - SME to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Key Responsibilities: Lead complex technical development initiatives across all classified enclaves Establish and enforce development standards and best practices across the development team Provide strategic guidance on technology selection, architecture, and implementation Mentor junior and mid-level development staff Develop user training and documentation for NSS Program Systems Ensure compliance with DOJ-approved architectures and standards Lead SharePoint platform strategy across multiple enclaves Oversee data dashboard and analytics tool development (Power BI) Process change requests received in accordance with program policy Utilize DOJ ITSM system for ticketing, incident and service request management Provide onsite staff Monday through Friday during core business hours at 2Con, 3Con and RFK Travel as required in support of incident resolution and system deployment activities to CONUS/OCONUS sites Ensure solutions are practical, effective, and based on best practices Support Contingency and Incident Response Plan activities 100% onsite

Requirements

  • Active Top-Secret clearance (TS/SCI is preferred)
  • 10+ years progressive software development experience
  • Specific work experience in providing IT program support for the Federal Government

Responsibilities
