About The Position

The Software Developer, Senior is responsible for Power Platform expertise, web development capabilities, and cloud architecture knowledge with experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies. This position involves interacting with project stakeholders and designing solutions to meet their needs. Requirements

Experience developing in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Pages, Power Automate, PowerApps, and Dataverse functionality.
Experience with developing and maintaining public facing websites using US Web Design System (USWDS) principles.
Experience in software engineer designing and developing applications utilizing modern technologies and platforms.
Support cloud architecture and CI/CD pipeline implementations.
Experience working in a SCRUM environment, participating in agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of REST and RPC APIs.
Ability to react to change requests from customers in an effective manner.
Proven record of learning and adapting new technologies.
Secret Security Clearance is required.
Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Ability to Manage and facilitate the Agile processes for teams.
Create and test software prototypes.
Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding mobile apps
Ability to use the following applications: US Web Design System (USWDS) UX Design (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery) ASP.NET (MVC, Web API, C#) REST/JSON concepts Database design and implementation (SQL Server, Oracle). Source control such as TFS or Git.
