Software developer to deliver state-of-the-art enterprise software supporting IBM employee health & safety programs. Software includes systems for tracking progress towards health & safety objectives, managing incidents, complying with regulatory requirements, and sharing health & safety information with employees. Primary responsibilities include development of cloud-native web applications in the IBM Cloud environment leveraging OpenShift capabilities. This will require knowledge of multiple programming languages/frameworks and applied experience with software development in public, private, and hybrid cloud environments. Candidates will manage all aspects of the development process, including design, program, testing, and documentation. They will work in a collaborative team environment in IBM's CIO organization, following Agile practices and interacting with IBMers in Bangalore, Guadalajara, US, and Brazil. Role will also provide opportunities to learn and work with IBM watsonx AI solutions.
