As a Software Developer Lead (Infrastructure) within PNC's DNA Tech Enterprise Data Analytics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA, Strongsville OH, Dallas TX, or Birmingham, AL. We are seeking an Software Developer Lead (Infrastructure) to provide operational leadership and hands-on support for critical production applications within our Site Reliability Center (SRC) / Run the Bank environment. This role is not a software development position. It is an infrastructure administration and production operations role focused on application stability, reliability, upgrades, and vendor coordination. The Technical Lead will own application operations, manage vendor relationships, lead incident and problem resolution efforts, and act as a customer-facing technical expert. The role requires strong Linux and infrastructure knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical issues into clear messages for leadership. This role creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions. It proposes and designs software solutions to address complex business needs. It prepares technical and procedural documentation required. It facilitates complex problem resolution. It provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. It reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software. It applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.   • University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered

Responsibilities
