We are seeking a Senior Qualtrics Developer to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for a longer-term contract position located onsite in the Southbay / Los Angeles area. The role involves application design, development, and production support for multiple large projects utilizing Qualtrics technologies. The successful candidate will conduct development workstreams including design, testing, and deployment, while also working closely with junior team members to improve the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process through development, testing, and support. Daily Scrum sessions will be part of the routine, along with identifying enhancements through customer interaction and defining systems architecture. The role requires research and resolution of Qualtrics application issues, evaluation of daily and monthly batch processes, and performing impact analysis across multiple Qualtrics platforms and applications. The candidate will also be on-call for production support during nights and weekends, create timelines, provide technical leadership, write documentation, maintain application software security, perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and act as a Subject Matter Expert for Qualtrics applications. Responsibilities also include performing unit and integration testing, coding, testing, debugging new software, writing programs, developing technical documentation, resolving problems with existing production applications, generating complex reports, recommending designs, and implementing, monitoring, testing, and auditing new software programs.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in leading/managing a workstream on enterprise implementations
  • Experience leading Qualtrics developers
  • Experience designing and developing Qualtrics platform features such as custom objects, validation rules, workflows, assignment rules, formula fields, custom reporting, and modifying pages, views, and dashboards
