  • Assist in the development of software applications, features, and components under the guidance of senior developers, following coding standards and best practices.
  • Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions.
  • Implement assigned tasks and user stories, writing clean, readable code and conducting basic unit testing to verify software functionality.
  • Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.
  • Ensures software standards are met.
  • Conduct technical research to stay abreast of emerging technologies.
  • Coordinates software system installations and monitors equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
  • Top Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field is preferred.
  • Two years of professional experience in software development roles, with exposure to designing and building software solutions.
  • Experience with development in one or more scripting languages or methodologies such as JavaScript, Go or Bash.
  • Experience designing working environments and/or programs within Linux-based operating systems.
  • Experience developing basic scripts or automation tools to assist in repetitive reverse engineering tasks and streamline analysis workflows.
  • Experience with Jira or Azure.
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Developer (CSD), or similar certifications is preferred.
